Relaxation, expectation of love and pleasure, expectations of Id ... It is a fact that people do not feel well when these expectations are not met. If the expectations of relaxation, love and pleasure are not met, it puts the person in egoic cycles and the desire to meet these expectations grows and increases.. ''What's the solution? How to overcome this exaggerated and growing expectations and cycle? ''
